Soy sauce should turn quite pale and it should be very hot to taste. Place salmon in a square of tinfoil. Cover in soy mixture - I brush all the edges to make sure everything gets marinated. Can be left to marinate if desired. Flavour enhances the longer it marinates. Place on BBQ for 15 - 20 minutes until cooked to your liking. Alternatively place in a preheated oven at 210 deg celcius and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
