Ingredients

  • 2 pkts Oriental Noodles
  • 1 Green and Red Pepper
  • 3 Stalks Celery
  • 2 Large Carrots
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 1 cup Roasted Nuts (e.g. Peanuts, Cashew)
  • A good handful of parsley

Instructions

  1. After cooking noodles drain and cool.
  2. Prepare vegetables and add to cooked noodles.
  3. Add dressing and toss through salad.
  4. Refrigerate for approx 30 mins.
