Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pams Smoothie Mix
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries or berries
  • 2 scoops low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups Pams Slim Milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • a squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, process until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy
