Then tip into a bowl. Add the sugar and water to the fruit and stir until sugar has dissolved. Then pour fruit juice into a freezer container and freeze for 1-2 hours or until frozen. Once frozen break juice up with a wooden spoon then tip into a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy then pour drink into glasses and serve. Add extra fruit on top if needed.
