Snack Plate of Fish Fingers with Rice, Tzatziki and Salad

  • 12 Pams fish fingers
  • Pams Instant Brown Rice with 6 Ancient Grains
  • Large handful Pams mesclun salad leaves
  • ½ cup Greek style yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely diced cucumber
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill tips


  1. Cook the fish fingers and the rice according to the packet instructions.
  2. To make the tzatziki, mix the yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and dill together in a small bowl. Season to taste with sea salt.
  3. Arrange the salad and the rice between 6 small plates.
  4. Place 2 fish fingers on each plate and drizzle with tzatziki.
