Mix in jam, then add dry ingredients beat until just combined. Grease a biscuit tray or cover with baking paper. Place mixture in teaspoonfuls on tray allow room to spread. Flatten slightly with a fork and bake in a preheated moderate oven for approx 10-15 minutes. Makes about 35 biscuits. Store in an airtight container when cold.
