Club+

  • Club+ is coming to Four Square from 15 June. Scan Club+ and score Club+ Dollars and a fuel discount on every shop*. Save on your shop by spending your Club+ Dollars whenever you choose. Find out more at clubplus.co.nz

  • It’s easy to join Club+, it only takes a minute, plus it’s free! Join via one of these easy ways:  

    Go to clubplus.co.nz/join or download the Club+ app,

    Through the New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square NOW! apps or websites,

    Or call our friendly Customer Service team on 0800 80 70 70 and they can sign you up on the spot. 

    As soon as you join Club+ you can start to scan, score and save from 15 June. You’ll receive a welcome email, which includes your Club+ account number and digital barcode that can be scanned when shopping in-store. 

    And if you join via the Club+, New World or PAK’nSAVE apps your digital card will be ready to scan in-store from this date too.  

  • Joining Club+ will automatically merge all your accounts that use the same email address from New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square. Club+ brings together all your saved information, your New World Dollars or Airpoints™ rewards choice and shopping history. If you have old or different email addresses on any of the following:

    • New World online shopping.
    • New World Clubcard.
    • PAK’nSAVE online shopping.
    • Four Square NOW! online shopping.
    • PAK’nSAVE Sticky Club used for SHOP’nGO in the South Island.

    Please call our Customer Service team on 0800 80 70 70 to update them all to your preferred email. They can also join you on the spot!

  • When you shop in-store or online at New World and Four Square* the Club+ Dollars you score as a Club+ member are loaded onto your account, and able to be spent whenever you like^. No minimum spend, tricky points to calculate or waiting to earn vouchers, just score and spend as you go.

    You can choose where to spend your Club+ Dollars, using them as full or partial payment to save on your groceries. 1 Club+ Dollar is equivalent in value to 1 New Zealand Dollar (1 Club+ Dollar = $1 NZD) when used at New World, PAK’nSAVE or Four Square stores, or by shopping online at New World or PAK’nSAVE. Club+ Dollars are unable to be used on Four Square NOW! purchases.

    When you join Club+, you’ll set a PIN to keep your Club+ Dollars secure, which you’ll use when spending them in-store.

    You have the choice of scoring either Club+ Dollars or Airpoints™ as your rewards and can change your choice at any time. Just log in to your Club+ account here or in the app and select Change Rewards. Or if you prefer, call our friendly Customer Service team on 0800 80 70 70 for help.

  • Your Club+ card can be scanned from the Club+, New World and PAK'nSAVE apps - no need for plastic. How easy is that!  

     

    If you have joined Club+ and prefer to use a plastic card, you can order one to be posted to your address. You can do this by:  

    - Logging into your Club+ account and requesting one in the Club+ card section,  

    - Ordering one through the Club+ app via your Account settings,  

    - Or if you prefer, call our friendly Customer Service team on 0800 80 70 70 to order one.  

     

    You should receive your plastic Club+ card within 15 working days.  

     

    If you haven’t already joined Club+, you can join in-store with one of our Club+ Crew and they can issue you a plastic card. You can see when our Club+ Crew are instore here. 

  • You can enjoy a wide range of different features across our apps, so you may find multiple apps useful. If you download the Club+ app, you’ll have access to all your Club+ smart shopping essentials like your card, your balance and your fuel discounts.   

      

    If you already use the New World or PAK’nSAVE apps, you can keep using these to scan your Club+ card, see your Club+ Dollar balance and shop online.    

      

    With access to your Club+ account across multiple apps, it’s easy to enjoy seamless convenience and flexibility, no matter how and where you choose to shop; you’ll be ready to scan at New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square, and partners like Z and Caltex, every time you shop!   

  • You can now use your new super smart Club+ login across New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square and Club+.

    Logging into New World?

    Use your new Club+ login from now on whenever you log into the New World website or app. Look for the “Log in with Club+” message and enter the email address and password used when you joined Club+.

    If you’re not yet a Club+ member, look out for the “Log in with your New World account” message and use the email address and password for your New World account.

    Logging into PAK’nSAVE?

    Use your new Club+ login from now on whenever you log into the PAK’nSAVE website or app. Look for the “Log in with Club+” message and enter the email address and password used when you joined Club+.

    If you’re not yet a Club+ member, look out for the “Log in with your PAK’nSAVE details” message and use the email address and password for your PAK’nSAVE account.

    Logging into Four Square NOW!?

    Use your new Club+ login from now on whenever you log into the Four Square NOW! App (available in the North Island only). Look for the “Log in with Club+” message and enter the email address and password used when you joined Club+.

    If you’re not yet a Club+ member, look out for the “Log in with your Four Square details” message and use the email address and password for your Four Square account.

    Logging into Club+?

    Use your new Club+ login to log into your Club+ account at clubplus.co.nz or on the Club+ app.

Catering and Gifts

  • Most Four Square stores can help you cater for almost any occasion. We can provide food platters, cakes and catering ideal for birthday parties, office shouts, morning teas or shared lunches. Visit the store page of your local Four Square to find a menu and order form. 

  • As well as Gift Cards, many Four Square stores offer floral bouquets, hampers, cakes and gift baskets. Get in touch with your local store to view their range.

Four Square Gift Cards

  • You can buy a gift card in-store. Gift cards are not currently available to buy online. Find out more about Four Square Gift Cards here.

  • You can check your current gift card balance at www.giftstation.co.nz

Health and Safety

  • We take all health and safety issues very seriously. We want to know about anything that may affect people’s safety and well-being in and around the store, including hazards, injuries, or issues with the products we sell.  If you spot anything that concerns you in or around the store, we suggest you notify a staff member in store immediately. 

  • We have a Foodstuffs team that will take appropriate action and liaise with stores to address anything that may occur. To find out more about this you can pop in to your local store and ask at the customer service desk or contact the store through this contact form.

Lost Trolley

  • We want to make the shopping experience as convenient as possible for our customers by providing enough shopping trolleys for use. Like you, we also hate to see our city's streets untidy! We work closely with local councils and the community to manage our trolleys; but we need your help to return used trolleys and report abandoned trolleys so we can collect them.

    If you spot a trolley that has been abandoned, we'd appreciate it if you could use this contact form to let us know.

    In your message, please include the location of the trolley, e.g. "corner of main street and high street" or "outside 3 Jones Drive" and the name of the nearest Four Square store, and we will collect it.  

Products

  • You can either speak to a staff member at the store you purchased the item from or let us know the details through this contact form for our in-store team to look into this further. 

  • Products and availability vary from store to store so get in touch with your local store through this contact form or directly by asking in-store.

  • Submit your suggestion through this contact form and make sure you select your store.

Sponsorship and Fundraising

  • Four Square stores are all locally owned and operated and so there's a true commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate. If you are a local community group wanting to make a sponsorship and donation requests, please contact your local store directly. You can go to the store details page to find their contact details.

  • Get in touch with your local Four Square by phone or ask at the customer service desk in-store.
