Facebook Competition

Promoters
1. Foodstuffs North Island Limited (Foodstuffs) is the promoter of the Four Square North Island The Love Sausage Facebook Competition (Promotion).
2. The Promotion is being conducted through the official Four Square Facebook page targeting North Island only (https://www.facebook.com/FourSquareNZ/).
3. The Promotion runs from 5am 4 February 2021 until 11.59pm 8th February 2021 (Promotion Period).
4. There are 10 prizes of The Love Sausage Package to be won. All winners must tag a friend and tell us who they would like to treat this Valentine’s Day. 10 winners will then be randomly selected from all eligible entries by Foodstuffs. The results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. By submitting your comment on Four Square’s Facebook post advertising the Promotion you agree to these terms and conditions.
6. The prize winner(s) will be contacted by Foodstuffs within 72 hours of the end of the Promotion Period during Mon-Fri, or on the following Monday if the Promotion runs later than 5.00pm on a Friday. Foodstuffs will contact the winners through Facebook. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of the winner being selected, the prize will be forfeited, and Foodstuffs will select a new winner.
Promotion
7. Each prize consists of The Love Sausage Package including;
• 1 x Beard Brothers Love Sausage (Note. This sausage contains gluten)
• 1 x Icey Tek 14L Chilly bin
• 6 x Karma Drinks
• 2 x F. Whitlock & Sons sauces
8. To qualify to enter into the draw you must:
a. Comment on the Four Square Facebook Promotion post; and
b. Be a New Zealand resident; and
c. Comply with these terms and conditions; and
d. Not be a person who is excluded from the promotion under these terms and conditions.
Not for resale
9. The Love Sausage Package is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If prize becomes unavailable
10. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, Foodstuffs may substitute a prize of its choice.
Other terms
11. Foodstuffs reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time.
12. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and entrants release Facebook from all claims, liability or loss whatsoever which may arise in connection with this Promotion.
Verifying compliance with these terms
13. Foodstuffs reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of liability
14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs and each Participating Store, their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
Disputes
15. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the Promotion the decision of Foodstuffs will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by Foodstuffs will be entered into.
Privacy and Contact
16. All entries remain the property of Foodstuffs. Your personal information may be used to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes. Foodstuffs’ Four Square Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that we collect from you.
