Spicy Tuna Sushi Bake
Enjoy all the flavour of your fave roll, without the fiddly step. Simply mix, bake and wait! .

½ pack Pams Brown Steamed Rice 250g

1 tin Sealord Tuna in Springwater

2 Tbsp Meadow Fresh cream cheese, softened

2 tsp of your favourite hot sauce, such as sriracha

1 tsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp Japanese mayonnaise (optional)
To Serve:

1 spring onion, thinly sliced

1 Tbsp Tasti sesame seeds, toasted

Nori seaweed snacks (optional)
1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
2. Microwave the rice on high for 90 seconds, per packet instructions. Tip the rice into 1-2 small baking dishes and pat into an even layer. Set aside.
3. Combine cream cheese and hot sauce together. Add the tuna and toss together. Spread the tuna mixture on top of the rice then drizzle the sesame oil + mayonnaise (if using) over the top.
4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Garnish with the spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve with the nori seaweed snack, if desired.
