Baked Bean Egg Pots

Did somebody say sunny side up? Dip into these Baked Bean Egg Pots for the ultimate morning munch.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Wattie’s baked beans in tomato sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 large eggs

  • 25g Bouton D’or feta cheese, crumbled

  • Toasted bread, to serve

  • Chilli flakes, to garnish (optional)

  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat your air-fryer to 180°C. Set aside two ramekins.

  2. Spoon the baked beans into the ramekins, about two thirds full. Divide the minced garlic between the two ramekins and mix to combine.

  3. Make a well in the middle of the baked beans and crack the egg into the well. Season with salt and some chilli flakes (if desired).

  4. Air fry for 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

  5. Serve with toast. Garnish with some basil leaves, if desired.
