
Baked Bean Egg Pots

Did somebody say sunny side up? Dip into these Baked Bean Egg Pots for the ultimate morning munch.

Ingredients
1 can Wattie’s baked beans in tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
25g Bouton D’or feta cheese, crumbled
Toasted bread, to serve
Chilli flakes, to garnish (optional)
Fresh basil leaves, to serve (optional)
Method
Preheat your air-fryer to 180°C. Set aside two ramekins.
Spoon the baked beans into the ramekins, about two thirds full. Divide the minced garlic between the two ramekins and mix to combine.
Make a well in the middle of the baked beans and crack the egg into the well. Season with salt and some chilli flakes (if desired).
Air fry for 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Serve with toast. Garnish with some basil leaves, if desired.
