Spicy Tuna Sushi Bake
Enjoy all the flavour of your fave roll, without the fiddly step. Simply mix, bake and wait!

- ½ pack Pams Brown Steamed Rice
- 250g 1 tin Sealord Tuna in Springwater
- 2 Tbsp Meadow Fresh cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp of your favourite hot sauce, such as sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Japanese mayonnaise (optional)
To Serve:
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp Tasti sesame seeds, toasted
- Nori seaweed snacks (optional)
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
- Microwave the rice on high for 90 seconds, per packet instructions. Tip the rice into 1-2 small baking dishes and pat into an even layer. Set aside.
- Combine cream cheese and hot sauce together. Add the tuna and toss together. Spread the tuna mixture on top of the rice then drizzle the sesame oil + mayonnaise (if using) over the top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with the spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve with the nori seaweed snack, if desired.
