
DIY Choc Croissants

Got someone to impress? Whip up a batch of DIY choc croissants with their favourite chocolate!

Ingredients
Frozen puff pastry
King size block of chocolate (dealers choice)
1 egg
Icing sugar (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 200ºC
Lay 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry flat on your bench. Cut into 8 even squares.
Lay out your chocolate on the edge of each square. Roll into the middle.
Put on a lined tray, brush with a beaten egg.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Leave to cool then dust with icing sugar.
