DIY Choc Croissants

Ingredients
Method
- Frozen puff pastry
- King size block of chocolate (dealers choice)
- 1 egg
- Icing sugar (optional)
- Preheat oven to 200ºC
- Lay 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry flat on your bench. Cut into 8 even squares.
- Lay out your chocolate on the edge of each square. Roll into the middle.
- Put on a lined tray, brush with a beaten egg.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
- Leave to cool then dust with icing sugar.
