DIY Choc Croissants

Got someone to impress? Whip up a batch of DIY choc croissants with their favourite chocolate!

Ingredients

  • Frozen puff pastry

  • King size block of chocolate (dealers choice)

  • 1 egg

  • Icing sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC

  2. Lay 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry flat on your bench. Cut into 8 even squares.

  3. Lay out your chocolate on the edge of each square. Roll into the middle.

  4. Put on a lined tray, brush with a beaten egg.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

  6. Leave to cool then dust with icing sugar.
