 Terms & Conditions

Promoter

1. The Promotion is the Four Square Father’s Day Prize Draw (Promotion).
2. Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited is the Promoter of this prize draw.
3. By entering this Promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to deem that your entry is void should you fail to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

   Promotion Period

4. The prize draw entry period will commence on 01/09/2024 and will run until 11.59pm on 03/09/2024 (Promotion Period).

   Prize

5. One prize winner will be drawn and notified on 04/09/2024.
6. There is one Prize to be won. The Prize is a limited edition merch gift pack valued at $90 and a $50 Four Square gift card
7. The winner will be notified via Instagram. If a winner does not respond with the requested information within 48 Hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn from eligible entries. Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the winner.
8. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

    

   Method of Entry

9. To enter the prize draw during the Promotion Period you must:
   1. comment on Foursquare.nz’s Instagram post about this Promotion; and
   2. follow @foursquare.nz on Instagram.
10. Incomplete or invalid entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
11. You must be NZ resident and 18+ to enter.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incorrect, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.

     

    Conditions

13. The Promoter’s decision and the prize results are final and not subject to appeal.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this competition at any time.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
16. If a winner cannot accept or take part in the prize for any reason, their prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
17. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity). If a prize winner enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which, in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these terms or is fraudulent, misleading, or unjust to other entrants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), that prize winner’s entry may be rejected at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.

     

18. The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions at any time and wherever possible such amended terms and conditions will be displayed online at www.foursquare.co.nz.
19. To the extent permitted by law, participants waive all claims they may have otherwise had against the Promoter in relation to this prize draw.
20. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
21. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter, its employees and agents and Meta Platforms, Inc will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
22. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or the responsibility of, Meta Platforms, Inc®. By entering this  Promotion, you agree to fully release Meta Platforms, Inc®™ from, and hold Meta Platforms, Inc®™ harmless against, any liability suffered or incurred by any person arising directly or indirectly out of this Promotion are releasing Meta™ from liability under this promotion. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter. The information you provide will be held and used only for the purpose of this Promotion.

     

    Eligibility

23. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents. Employees of the Promoter, Foodstuffs North Island Limited, Foodstuffs South Island Limited, Four Square stores and any agency involved with this Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to require that all winners provide proof of identity. The Promoter’s decision as to eligibility will be final.
25. To be eligible to receive a prize a winner must:
    1. not be a person who is excluded from the promotion under these terms and conditions; and
    2. comply with these terms and conditions; and
    3. consent to the Promoter’s use of their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes and make him or herself available for publicity photographs.

    Privacy and Contact

26. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this competition. By entering this competition you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes. Foodstuffs’ Four Square Privacy Policy will apply to all personal information that we collect from you.
