Promoters
1. Foodstuffs North Island Limited (Foodstuffs) is the promoter of the Four Square Birthday – Teddy Bear Promotion (Promotion).2. The Promotion is being conducted through the official Four Square North Island website (www.foursquare.co.nz/teddies).
3. The Promotion runs from 5 July 2021 until 25 July 2021 (Promotion Period).

Promotion
5. The Promotion consists of a ‘Giveaway’ or ‘Gift’ of a Teddy Bear and Four Square Gift Card valued at $50.6. To qualify to receive a ‘Gift,’ you must:
6.1. Be directly related to a child born on Saturday 4th July 2021 (for example, parent or grandparent); and
6.2. Complete the form at foursquare.co.nz/teddy; and
6.3. Be a New Zealand resident whose primary place of residence is in the North Island; and
6.4. Comply with these terms and conditions; and
6.5. Not be a person who is excluded from the promotion under these terms and conditions.

7. The Teddy Bears and $50 Four Square Gift Card are not transferable or redeemable for cash.If prize becomes unavailable
8. Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any entrant in the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. In this event, Foodstuffs may substitute a prize of its choice

9. Foodstuffs reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time.Verifying compliance with these terms
10. Foodstuffs reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of liability
11. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Foodstuffs and each Participating Store, their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.Disputes
12. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the promotion the decision of Foodstuffs will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by Foodstuffs will be entered into.Privacy and Contact
13. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. Your personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this competition. By entering this competition you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes.
