- 1 x 20-30cm sponge
- 2 cups ice cream
- 4 egg whites
- 4oz. sugar
Back to ingredients
- Buy or bake your favourite sponge.
- Cool & cover with 2 cups of ice cream
- Beat egg whites & sugar until thick.
- Spread mixture onto sponge & ice cream to represent a pavlova.
- Bake in hot oven for 3-10mins until golden.
- Eat hot
