A Berry and Banana Smoothie is a great tasting way towards having your 5 pieces of fruit & veg a day!
Ingredients
1 cup Pams Smoothie Mix
1 banana
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries or berries
2 scoops low fat vanilla ice cream
2 cups Pams Slim Milk
2 tablespoons honey
a squeeze of lemon juice
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender, process until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy
