Baked Bean Egg Pots
Did somebody say sunny side up? Dip into these Baked Bean Egg Pots for the ultimate morning munch.

- 1 can Wattie’s baked beans in tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 25g Bouton D’or feta cheese, crumbled
- Toasted bread, to serve
- Chilli flakes, to garnish (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves, to serve (optional)
- Preheat your air-fryer to 180°C. Set aside two ramekins.
- Spoon the baked beans into the ramekins, about two thirds full. Divide the minced garlic between the two ramekins and mix to combine.
- Make a well in the middle of the baked beans and crack the egg into the well. Season with salt and some chilli flakes (if desired).
- Air fry for 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve with toast. Garnish with some basil leaves, if desired.
