Party Sized Sandwich Melts

Feed your whole whanau or friend group with this party-sized Italian melt. Packed with layers of flavour and melty, cheesy goodness, you’ll be making them by the dozen!

Ingredients
1 fresh loaf (we used ciabatta)
1 pack basil pesto
1 pack shaved ham
1 pack Italian salami
½ jar sun-dried tomatoes
1 ball fresh mozzarella, torn
½ pack salad leaves
Method
Preheat your oven to high grill.
Cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise. Spread the cut side of each half of the ciabatta with the pesto.
Place the bottom half of the ciabatta on a lined oven tray. Top with the ham, salami, sundried tomato and mozzarella.
Grill on the upper oven rack for 4-5 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted.
Top with the salad leaves, then sandwich the top half of the ciabatta on top. Cut the sandwich into slices.
