
Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Nothing says good morning like creamy oats with a chocolatey, coffee kick! Prep in advance to make the midweek morning mayhem more bearable.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 ¼ cup milk of your choice
2 tsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tsp cocoa powder
Method
Combine the oats, milk, instant coffee, maple syrup and ½ cup of the yoghurt in a large container. Mix together and place in the fridge overnight to thicken.
When ready to serve, divide the oats between 2 serving cups or bowls.
Top the oats with the remaining yoghurt and dust with the cocoa powder.
