Ingredients
1 can chickpeas
¼ cup cornflour
Drizzle olive oil
Smoked paprika
Cumin
Salt
Caster sugar
Method
Drain and rinse your chickpeas, press them dry.
In a sieve over a bowl, toss them in cornflour, drizzle them in olive oil and air fry them for 5-10 minutes at 180ºC.
In a bowl, sprinkle over the spices and toss while warm to coat.
