Cucumber Salad
Try our version of the cucumber recipe everyone can’t get enough of. Crunchy-fresh flavours with a little spicy kick, because sometimes you just need to eat an entire cucumber!

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp soy sauce

2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

2 tsp crushed chilli paste

2 tsp creamed clover honey, melted

2 tsp white vinegar

2 tsp oil of choice (such as sesame or chilli oil)

Thinly slice the cucumber and add to a large snap-lock container.

Add the remaining ingredients, secure the lid on the container and shake well.
