Cucumber Salad

Serves 2+

Try our version of the cucumber recipe everyone can’t get enough of. Crunchy-fresh flavours with a little spicy kick, because sometimes you just need to eat an entire cucumber!

 

 

Ingredients

Method

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce 

  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted 

  • 2 tsp crushed chilli paste 

  • 2 tsp creamed clover honey, melted 

  • 2 tsp white vinegar 

  • 2 tsp oil of choice (such as sesame or chilli oil)

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber and add to a large snap-lock container. 

  2. Add the remaining ingredients, secure the lid on the container and shake well.
