
Cucumber Salad

Try our version of the cucumber recipe everyone can’t get enough of. Crunchy-fresh flavours with a little spicy kick, because sometimes you just need to eat an entire cucumber!

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce 
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted 
- 2 tsp crushed chilli paste 
- 2 tsp creamed clover honey, melted 
- 2 tsp white vinegar 
- 2 tsp oil of choice (such as sesame or chilli oil) 
Method
- Thinly slice the cucumber and add to a large snap-lock container. 
- Add the remaining ingredients, secure the lid on the container and shake well.
