Calling all hash brown lovers… this ones for you!! Swap out your usual toastie bread for hash browns next time you’re snacking. We promise you won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients
4 classic hash browns
½ pack shaved Champagne ham
25g tasty cheese
Method
Place the hash browns into your toaster and toast for about 4 minutes, until just starting to brown.
Preheat your toasted sandwich machine. Place two of the toasted hash browns in the toasted sandwich machine, and top with the ham and slices of cheese. Sandwich the remaining two hash browns on top.
Toast for 5-6 minutes, until the hash browns are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve.
