- Mango - fresh, canned or frozen
- Yoghurt
- Honey
- Milk
- Cardamom
- Put everything in a blender and blend!
- Our recipe uses yoghurt and milk – but for a delicious dairy-free drop, mix your mango in with coconut yoghurt and coconut milk.
