PB&J Apple Shrewsbury Biscuits
A classic combo with a crunchy twist. Get the kids in the kitchen and whip up these delicious Peanut Butter & Jam Apple Shrewsbury Biscuits. You know what they say about an apple a day!

1 apple

Peanut butter

Raspberry jam

Cut the apple crosswise into rings about 3mm thick.

Use a small star cookie cutter to cut out the core of half of the apple slices.

Spread some peanut butter over the slices of apple without the star cut out, then dollop some raspberry jam in the centre.

Sandwich the apple slices with the star cut out on top.
Tip* Brush the slices of apple with lemon juice to prevent browning.
